At first, in the beginning of my recovery, I started to look into alternative methods of strength and conditioning training. I started to fly all over the world to attend workshops and seminars, complete internships with different movement masters and grandmasters in Qigong, Kung Fu, Yoga and other martial arts.

I took courses with physical therapists who work with professional athletes, and I did research into trauma, supplementation, detox nutrition, and holistic approaches.

I immersed myself in studying systems most doctors never talk about: the fascia network that connects everything like an intricate web, breathwork that regulates your nervous system beyond what you can consciously control, movement patterns that restore rather than break you down.
